| JOSEPH D. SERVER |
JS holds an AB Economics Degree from the Ateneo University and an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. He has been managing corporations in the fields of manufacturing, garments, trading, exports, information technology, real estate and agribusiness. He is also credited with the rehabilitation and turnaround of several government corporations, namely the National Agribusiness Corporation, Philippine Genetics, Inc. & the Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation. He has also Project Managed major projects of the Department of Agriculture such as the Key Commercial Crops Development Program, the BIMP-EAGA and the Fisheries Sector Program while he was President of the National Agribusiness Corporation. He was a lecturer at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business where he taught production and financial management and agribusiness subjects. He currently teaches Leadership and Agribusiness at the Ateneo College of Arts and Sciences. JS currently holds directorships in several companies including RFM Corporation, Swift Foods, Inc., Rizal Lighterage Corporation and BJS Development Corporation. |

| ROSE N. PALOU |
As a senior executive, Dr. Palou worked with Agribusiness companies like Philippine Genetics, Inc., National Agribusiness Corporation, Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation and the Bonifacio Trees and Greens Corporation where she expanded her field from animal production to agri-estate management and landscape development. During her stint as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Bonifacio Trees & Greens Corporation, the company landscaped prestigious land development projects as the Fort Bonifacio Global City, SM Central Business Park & Metropolitan Park at Roxas Boulevard, The British School of Manila, and Fontana, to name a few. Rose is an MBA graduate of the University of the Philippines and holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree also from the same University. She is a provisional Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 and was responsible for the certification for several companies, including Bonifacio Trees & Greens Corporation, the first ornamental plant nursery and landscape development company in the Philippines to be certified to ISO 9001. Rose also provides management consultancy for pharmaceutical and agribusiness companies. |

| ISA G. BERNASCONI |
A graduate of the Assumption College, San Lorenzo, Isa provides JSA with finance and administrative management services. Her responsibilities include project and logistics scheduling, equipment maintenance, overseeing accounting services and the network of JSA Associates. She brings to JSA her skills acquired from working with firms such as the Greenhills Sound Productions Inc. and Solutions, Inc. |

| JIZALYNE JANETTE B. VALENTON |
As Quality Management Representative of JSA, Jonyx provides and maintains the company's quality system. She provides consultancy services to several companies going for ISO 9001:2000 and EMS 14001:2004 certification like Ricoh Philippines, Okabe Nikoh Corporation, Rotary Club of Makati, and Broadband Philippines, Inc.
She holds a Masteral Degree in Environmental Science major in Environmental Planning and Management from University of the Philippines, Los Baños and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Commerce majoring in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas. She has worked with several companies on environmental studies and compliance with government permits. |

| GEORGINA A. PANGA |
Gina is a product of the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor in Secondary Education. Her work experience includes years of managing a leading freight forwarding and brokerage company's quality management system- from its establishment, certification and maintenance.
Gina has acquired training in ISO 9000 : Transition Course, ISO 9000 Lead Auditors Course, Internal Quality Audit, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). She is presently the consultant of several government agencies such the Agricultural Training Institute, Bureau of Agricultural Research, the Municipality of Dasmariñas, Cavite; Joe Kuan Food Corporation, a food manufacturing company; and Yaletrak Philippines, Inc., a materials handling organization, guiding them toward their ISO 9001: 2000 Certification. |

| MARIA LORENA R. DEMO |
Lorena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She handles administrative functions of JSA and ensures a proper work environment through the implementation of the 5's System of Good House Keeping. Lorena also makes sure that the office complies with all statutory requirement including employee benefits. |

| YVES A. BACABAC |
Yves is a young but highly experienced Landscape Architect. He worked for prestigious Landscape Design firms such as PDAA Design International and Aurelio +ADI where he created designs for high profile clients such as Ayala Land, Inc. and Filinvest. Yves scope of work includes Landscape Mater Planning, development of Landscape Guidelines, creating Landscape Concepts, Design Development, Planting Plans, Construction Drawings, Lighting Lay Out, generating Bill of Quantities, contract preparation, estimating landscape implementation and job site supervision. Some of his well-known projects are Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt 3, Regency Parkway at the Global City, Asian Hospital, Evercrest White Cove Beach Resort in Nasugbu Batangas, Planastown Agro-Industrial Subdivision at Palayan, Nueva Ecija and the renovation of Makati Central Business District Streetscape. Yves holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of the Philippines and is a member of the UPCLAS and ASAPHIL- U.P. Chapter. |
