Assessment Audit

To determine the current status of your quality system, we recommend that a team of Auditors conducts a complete pre-assessment and benchmarking exercise, comparing your operation to the requirements of the standard and industry related criteria. Our auditors conduct a walk-through of your facility to observe the processes, interview supervisory staff and inspect internal auditing procedures. The auditors also review your quality manual to assess its compliance to the ISO standards and check for non-conformances. Their findings are compiled into a written report, delineating specific areas of deficiency. An assessment of your suppliers' quality systems is recommended and can also be conducted by our personnel.
